Operations Coordinator
Neighbourhood Property Styling (NPS) is a property styling company focused on helping vendors obtaining the highest price possible when selling their property. NPS offers premium furnishings across the inner suburbs in Melbourne.
The Operations Coordinator will provide effective and efficient support to the Creative Director with full cycle logistics and operational related tasks. This role will require an expert in Excel/Sheets, an outstanding eye for detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships with internal & external partners/vendors. To succeed in this role, the Operations Coordinator will need to be a confident communicator, understand operational needs, and be extremely organised.
Job location: NPS office (& warehouse), Mount Waverley.
Hours between 30 – 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities.

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics & operational needs to ensure optimal efficiency

Work closely with Head Stylists & Styling team to ensure inventory & staff roster meets project & operational requirements

Manage & maintain installation & inventory management systems including quoting ranges & sold prices to calculate ROI’s

End-to-end Client on-boarding and off-boarding including liaising direct with clients in a friendly and helpful manner

Stock management including, ordering stock in-line with project schedule, tracking, managing and planning

Create and coordinate easy-to-follow operational schedules including, allocating stock to projects (as directed by the Creative Director), organising removalists, tracking & following project operations, and troubleshoot any conflicts or problems

Market research on suppliers, stock, and external services to minimise cost and maximise profit

Build and maintain positive working relationships with all employees & clients

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and any health & safety directives, as applicable

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of Neighbourhood Property Styling & completing all required training

Any other duties as directed by management
Qualification and Skills.

Tertiary qualification in Business, Logistics, or related field – Desirable

Previous experience in a logistics, operations or real estate/ property management environment – Highly Desirable

Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel), Google Suite – Essential

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

Valid Australian driver’s license & ability to drive automatic vehicles – Essential
